Precision Ground High Speed Chipping Disk. Carlton’s chipper disks are perfectly round (no flat spots like competitive chippers). They are also high speed balanced. This combination provides for an extremely smooth chipping action that prolongs bearing and machine life. Carlton’s disk shaft is also removable from the chipping disk, which allows replacement should there ever be an issue, unlike competitors who weld theirs together.
